Phillips Westshore Parking Garage,
The Perry Company, Tampa Florida
|
Six level, 625 space, 218,350 SF parking garage
constructed of architectural pre-cast structural elements on a pre-cast
concrete frame. Design/Build Project to be completed in Spring of 2008.

Current Builders, Lantana, Florida |
Six-level, 806 space, 201,432 SF parking garage
constructed using post-tensioned cast-in place structural & architectural
elements. Design/Build Project is due to be completed in 2004.

Six-level, 576 space, 276,495 SF parking garage
constructed of architectural pre-cast structural elements on a pre-cast
concrete frame. Design/Build Project was completed in September 2002.

Six and one half level, 523 space, 188,000 SF parking
garage constructed of architectural pre-cast structural elements on a
pre-cast concrete frame. Design/Build Project was completed in September

Parking Garage, R.R. Simmons Construction, Sarasota, Florida |
Two-level, 540 space, 191,000 SF parking garage space
constructed of architectural pre-cast on a concrete structure. Project was
completed in December 2001.

Maitland Promenade Parking Garage,
Opus South Corporation, Maitland, Florida |
Three-level, 1,000 space parking garage constructed
using architectural pre-cast on a concrete structure. HHC work included an
architecturally enhanced “pedestrian connector” to a Class “A” Office
Building. Project was completed in May 1999.

Two level, 704 space, 117,000 SF parking garage
constructed of precast concrete structural elements.

Immigration Naturalization Services Facility at Birchwood Office Building, Ed Taylor Construction, Jacksonville, Florida |
18,000 SF tilt wall structure with 9700 sf of office and a short term holding facility for processing immigration cases.
