Woodland Corporate Center, Building
“AA”, Liberty Property Trust, Tampa, Florida |
LEED certified three-story, 95,000 SF speculative Class
‘A’ suburban office building, with a flow-through lobby that leads out to a
Cypress Preserve. The building design includes two primary employee
entrances, a “core” indoor/outdoor deli, and a nature deck.

Legacy Park, Buildings “A & B”,
Liberty Property Trust, Brandon, Florida |
A pair of one-story office buildings, w/ cores, that
share a nicely landscaped courtyard, flow through lobbies, cultured stone
veneer accents over tilt-wall to upgrade the exterior; veneer will be
carried into and through the lobby w/ fireplace.

Meadowbrook Office Building,
Edwards Construction, Ocala, Florida |
30,000 SF conventionally framed, three-story office
building w/ EIFS cladding. This project won Project of the Year at Edwards
for its good design.

WestLake Corporate Center,
Buildings One and Two, Trammell Crow, Tampa, Florida |
Two lakefront three-story, 90,000 SF speculative office
buildings, each with a 2-story atrium lobby. The building was designed for
heavy density office tenants; 10’ ceilings throughout, extra HVAC capacity
and heavy-duty electrical service.

University Corporate Center, Opus
South Corporation, Orlando, Florida |
Three-story 120,000 SF speculative class “A” suburban
office building. It has an architectural pre-cast exterior finish over a
steel structure. Original design of this facility was by OPUS Architects;
HHC was the Production Architect/Architect of Record.

Development, Brandon, Florida |
Single-story, 87,400 SF speculative office building
with curtain wall entry features.

Stanley Steemer Regional
Headquarters, First Industrial, Tampa, Florida |
41,482 SF Corporate Headquarters with 8,000 SF
Corporate Office, 7,500 SF training center, 16,000 SF fleet operations and
storage and 9,982 SF of shipping/receiving and storage. Includes 3,000 SF of
full scale model training home. Corporate office design included fitness
room with break area. Open office design incorporated approximately 3,000 SF
product showroom, sky lit lobby, polycarbonate clag entry canopy and 16’
high ceilings.

B&M Precision, Marcobay
Construction, Ruskin, Florida |
68,900 SF state of the art precision machining
operation for manufacturer of metallic medical devices. 16,000 SF of
corporate offices integrated with 52,900 SF manufacturing floor, constructed
6 feet above FEMA flood line.
Design features hurricane impact zone hardening to 130
mph. Office design incorporates 2 story lobby area, multiple conference area
and precast concrete lobby stairs. Manufacturing area incorporates shipping
and receiving areas as well as plant maintenance facilities.

OPINICUS Corporation, Lutz, Florida |
Build to suit two-story 34,000 SF corporate office
building, with a 20,500 SF 50’ clear flight simulator assembly & training
area. The engineering offices overlook the simulator assembly & training
bays; two-story “atrium” lobby.

Jabil General Services Building,
The Murray Company, St. Petersburg, Florida |
Four-story, 62,000 SF build-to-suit office building.
The building utilizes load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls with ribbon
exterior windows. HHC provided complete Architectural Design Services for
the facility and Interior Design for all building common areas including a
high-finish lobby with a monumental semi-circular stair. The building also
included a fitness center, training rooms, meeting rooms and a “hanging”
monumental stair between the second and fourth floors.

Tropicana Corporate Headquarters,
OPUS South Corporation, Bradenton, Florida |
HHC was the Production Architect for a “shell”
three-story, 135,000 GSF build-to-suit office building. Design was by OPUS
Architects; coordinated w/ 3rd party TI.
