Interior projects include a variety of tenant and corporate interiors for Industrial, Office and Hospitality projects.  Below is a sampling of our Interiors projects.

231,120 sf of tenant improvements including office, training room, secure storage, fitness center and imaging plant.

Build-to-suit facility for Audio Visual/ Stage and Web design company. 37,737 sf 24’ clear includes 15,610 sf office.

11,000 SF high – end kitchen and bath showroom in an existing home décor design center. Showroom features multiple display “vignettes” with high end finishes and 19 foot high, exposed structure ceilings. Custom displays are merged with vendor supplied specialty display areas. Customer greeting and routing are accomplished through the use of a custom, frosted glass partition, incorporating a water feature. Build – out also accommodates utility and service areas, as well as employee break areas and offices.

40,000 SF high – end kitchen and bath showroom, and distribution facility. Load bearing tilt-up concrete exterior walls, 24 foot clear height, conventionally framed steel roof structure. Custom formed conical-ellipse columns support concrete spandrel panels above the entry. 11,000 SF showroom features multiple display “vignettes” with high end finishes and 27 foot high, exposed structure ceilings, 6 foot square skylights arrayed across the ceiling provide abundant natural light. Facility also incorporates ‘will-call” sales area for the trades, employee break areas and offices.

25,000 SF high-end kitchen and bath showroom, retail parts sales floor, and distribution facility. Distribution component in the back is a pre-engineered metal structure, front sales and showroom component is a steel frame clad in metal panels. Conical-ellipse columns support two large custom steel trusses which form the basic support system for the roof and atrium. North facing clerestory glazing provides abundant natural light. Facility also incorporates “will-call” sales area for the trades, employees break area and offices.

Four-story, 62,000 SF build-to-suit office building.  The building utilizes load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls with ribbon exterior windows.   HHC provided complete Architectural Design Services for the facility and Interior Design for all building common areas including a high-finish lobby with a monumental semi-circular stair.  The building also included a fitness center, training rooms, meeting rooms and a “hanging” monumental stair between the second and fourth floors.

A 29,000 SF two-story corporate office building addition, as part of a Remodel of an existing 90,000 SF Manufacturing Plant.  Office included high-end corporate interior design and finishes including furniture selection.

A 28,000 SF two-story build-to-suit corporate office building with high-end interior finishes. Building is of concrete tilt-up construction and includes a porte-cache and covered parking.

An 80,000 SF build-to-suit national call center constructed utilizing concrete tilt-up walls.  HHC provided full Architectural Design services including interior design and finish selections.
