Citrus Park, Tampa, Florida |
17,000 SF Prototype Store constructed of masonry and
steel with a stucco exterior finish. HHC provided Architectural,
Structural & MEP design services.

Renovation, Naples, Florida |
Modified existing Store to create a “faux” entry on
primary street façade; constructed of masonry and steel with a stucco
exterior finish. HHC provided Architectural & Structural design services.

18,000 SF Prototype Store constructed of masonry and
steel with a stucco exterior finish. HHC provided Architectural, Structural
& MEP design services.

Castle Supply Showroom, Bradenton,
Florida |
11,000 SF high – end kitchen and bath showroom in an
existing home décor design center. Showroom features multiple display
“vignettes” with high end finishes and 19 foot high, exposed structure
ceilings. Custom displays are merged with vendor supplied specialty display
areas. Customer greeting and routing are accomplished through the use of a
custom, frosted glass partition, incorporating a water feature. Build – out
also accommodates utility and service areas, as well as employee break areas
and offices.

Castle Supply Showroom, Silo Bend,
Tampa, Florida |
10,000 SF of high-end showroom within a 45,000 SF
Design/Build facility that also included contractor sales. HHC provided the
design of the showroom, finishes, merchandising display vignettes, and
worked with Kohler for a portion of the showroom. Architectural, Structural
and MEP design services were provided by HHC.
The building was load bearing tilt-wall concrete;
conventionally framed.

Rooms To Go Retail Outlet,
Charlotte, North Carolina |
58,000 SF Showroom within a 388,700 SF build-to-suit
facility for large furniture retailer. The showroom is low finish as part of
the “discount-warehouse” concept the store evokes to visiting customers.
HHC provided Architectural, Structural & MEP design services.

SELS, Fashion Contempo, Tampa,
Florida |
14,000 SF of Trade/Designer Showroom anchoring a 92,000
SF build-to-suit facility for a regional furniture importer. This facility
also includes, 8,000 SF of Corporate Office and 70,000 SF of Warehouse. The
project was constructed utilizing pre-engineered structure and roof with
highly articulated, load-bearing, concrete tilt-wall systems. The site was
master planned for more retail or office/showroom/distribution development.

Seven Oaks Clock Tower, Crown
Community Development, Wesley Chapel, Florida |
31’ tall community landmark constructed of reinforced
concrete, block and brick with stucco accent finishes. The tower includes a
carillon, hidden maintenance deck and tile roof. The tower was published in
the St. Petersburg Times, April 5, 2002 “Homes” section.

27,000 SF unanchored Retail Center planned for western
Hillsborough County. Schematic Designs are approved; C.D’s are pending.
